You are in control of how we communicate with you. Use any of the options below to manage your preferences.

Opt out of text messages

Reply STOP (or CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, OPT OUT, UNSUBSCRIBE) to any text message. You will receive one confirmation reply, and no further texts will be sent.

Opt out of email

Click “unsubscribe” in any email, or reply UNSUBSCRIBE. Transactional emails (account, billing, service notices) continue while you have an active relationship with us.

Opt out of AI-assisted calls

Say “stop,” “remove me,” or “do not call” during any call from our AI assistant, KIRA.

Stop everything (“do not contact me”)

Email [email protected] with “do not contact me” and the phone number and/or email to suppress. We will stop calls, texts, AI voice messages, and voicemails.

Privacy requests (access, correction, deletion, portability, appeal)

Email [email protected] to exercise any privacy right available to you, or to appeal the denial of a request. Put “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line to appeal.
