By opting in to receive text messages from Nu Vantage AI, you agree to these SMS Terms. Text messages may be sent using an automated system and/or an AI-generated or artificial voice for service-related purposes (appointments, estimates, service updates, technician arrivals, and related follow-up).

Consent

Your consent to receive text messages is not required to purchase anything and is not a condition of any purchase. Service-related consent does not authorize marketing or promotional text messages; any marketing texts require separate prior express written consent.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You will typically receive service and transactional messages as needed, and marketing messages only if you have separately opted in.

Opting out (revoking consent)

You may revoke consent at any time through any reasonable method, including:

• Replying STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, OPT OUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message
• Making a verbal request during a call
• Emailing [email protected]
• Contacting us directly

After you opt out of texts, you will receive a single confirmation message, and no further texts will be sent. A broader request such as “do not contact me” will also stop calls, AI voice messages, and voicemails.
